(KRON) -- An Oakland man suspected of secretly recording minors and women using cameras concealed on his shoes was arrested by police in Berkeley last week. Authorities are now seeking additional victims who may have been recorded. On Oct. 26, a teenage girl reported to the Berkeley Police Departme nt that while she was waiting in line at Lox Stock and Bagel on Allston Way, a man may have been recording videos up her skirt. “The victim discovered the concealed camera after inadvertently stepping on the man's foot and noticing a camera pointed toward her,” police wrote. Detectives identified the suspect as 35-year-old Noah Stein after collecting evidence and using an automated license plate reader camera to place him in the area at the time of the incident, according to BPD.
