Press Conference to Be Held During the 117th NAACP National Convention The NAACP and nationally renowned civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump will hold a press conference on Wednesday, July 22, to announce the findings of an independent autopsy conducted in connection with the death of Nolan Wel ls. Family members, legal representatives, and NAACP leadership are expected to be in attendance for the briefing.
