Firefighters are working to put out a fire at a Northwest Dallas warehouse on Tuesday morning. According to Dallas Fire-Rescue officials, units were dispatched to 11211 Goodnight Lane at 10:50 a.m. Officials said the first firefighters to arrive at the scene reported seeing heavy fire coming f rom a warehouse bay door. Firefighters deployed hand lines and moved in for an offensive attack, officials said. According to Dallas Fire-Rescue, a second alarm was proactively requested for manpower so firefighters could stay fresh during the summer heat. Officials said attack teams briefly assumed a defensive posture before the fire was reported as being knocked down. An unknown number of employees were inside the location when the fire began, but everyone was able to make it out safely, officials said.
