North Philadelphia shooting Around 10 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2026, officers responded to the 2100 block of North 18th Street after receiving reports of a shooting. According to police, a 20-year-old man was shot and transported by a private vehicle to Temple University Hospital. He was listed in stable condition. As of Saturday afternoon, investigators had not announced any arrests or a motive.
