If you’ve ever felt like one Taco Tuesday just isn’t cutting it, Louisville Taco Week is here to fix that—by stretching the celebration to seven whole Taco Tuesdays in a row (even if every day can’t be Tuesday, t hey certainly can feature some delicious tacos). Taco lovers in Louisville can take part in a citywide tour of flavor from March 30 to April 5. Participating restaurants will serve $3 tacos that go well beyond the basics. The goal is to explore rather than merely grab a quick bite. You can plan out stops, find new locations, and compare everything from traditional street tacos to more inventive creations with the official Taco Week app serving as your guide. Highlights for Taco Week 2026 And the lineup? It’s stacked! Agave Rye is going for bold, over-the-top combinations like the “Cluckin’ Good BBQ.” At the same time, Fistful Craft Restaurant and Brewery is having fun with “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly” taco trio, which also includes a vegan option that doesn’t feel like an afterthought.
