Enjoy the sunshine and pleasant weather today! Skies will become mostly sunny with only a slight shower chance for mountains this afternoon. The weekend ahead looks dry and pleasant. Saturday will be sunny with increasing clouds later in the day. Sunday will be cloudy and a bit cooler as our nex t storm approaches the West coast. We could have a slight shower chance late Sunday night. Monday will be rainy with increasing onshore winds. Most rain, as of today, looks to occur in the afternoon with a chance for thunderstorms. This timing may shift a bit over the weekend as we get closer, so stay tuned for more updates. Our rainy weather pattern will continue Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures will drop through the week as these storms pull in a colder air mass. This could mean winter weather for our mountains by Wednesday. So far our rain totals may be over 2″ for Monday and Tuesday combined.
