A fuel tanker struck a SEPTA bus shelter while trying to make a delivery in the Rhawnhurst neighborhood of Philadelphia on Monday, causing it to leak fuel, Fire Department officials said. The incident happened in front of a gas station in the area of Bustleton and Strahle streets around 4:30 p.m ., officials said.
