Cold weather advisory issued for Eastern Clinton and Eastern Essex until Friday midday

At 12:05 p.m. on Thursday, the National Weather Service released a cold weather advisory valid from 7 p.m. until Friday 11 a.m. for Eastern Clinton and Eastern Essex.The weather service states, “Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 30 degrees below expected.”
