At 4:36 p.m. on Wednesday, the National Weather Service released a cold weather advisory valid for Thursday between 1 a.m. and 10 a.m. for Northern Westchester and Southern Westchester as well as Putnam and Rockland counties.The weather service says, “Very cold wind chills as low as 10 degrees bel ow expected.” ...read more read less
