Update: Wind advisory issued for New York for Monday and Tuesday — gusts may reach 55 mph

An updated wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 1:12 p.m. valid from Monday 4 a.m. until Tuesday 7 p.m. for Livingston, Ontario and Allegany counties.The weather service comments, "West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected."
