An updated wind advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 1:12 p.m. valid for Monday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. for Wayne and Cayuga counties."Southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected," describes the weather service. "The Wind Advisory will be replaced wi th a Winter Storm Warning starting at 7 p.m. Monday." ...read more read less
