On Sunday at 2:22 a.m. the National Weather Service released a winter storm watch valid from Monday 7 p.m. until Thursday 7 p.m. for Wayne and Cayuga counties.“Heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations over 7 inches possible in the most persistent lake snows.
