Colorado Springs police believe a person in a painters coverall suit, mask and gloves who was stopped from entering a financial institution on Christmas Eve was going to rob the establishment, according to a blotter entry. After an employee locked the entry doors, the suspect fled in a black SUV with “red and white wrapping paper covering portions of it,” the entry stated.
