On Wednesday at 11:56 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a special weather statement until 1:30 p.m. for Southern Fulton, Northern Saratoga, Southern Saratoga and Northern Fulton as well as Montgomery County."A band of precipitation, including light snow and/or a wintry mix, is tracking throug h the Mohawk Valley and will track into Saratoga County within the next hour.
