CHESTER, S.C. – We’ve learned the name of a woman accused in a hit and run involving a six-year-old child on a bicycle. Domonique Brice is charged with hit-and-run resulting in bodily injury. Investigators say Brice struck the child with an SUV on Tuesday and left without stopping. It happene d on Smith Street in Chester. Brice later showed up at the police department saying she may have hit something with her vehicle earlier in the day.
