New westbound I395 ramp to southbound I95 now open to drivers

The updated westbound Interstate 395 ramp to southbound I-95 is now open to traffic. The new configuration eliminated an existing merge point to improve traffic flow. Drivers will now be able to enter the new ramp around 500 feet sooner than they did before.
