Ever watched a car zoom past like it’s on a racetrack? Virginia now has a high-tech way to force some of those dangerous drivers to ease off the gas, installing mandatory speed-limiting devices inside vehicles belonging to extreme speeders, according to reporting by The Wall Street Journal.
