A 19-year-old man who was shot and critically hurt along with a 15-year-old boy in the predawn hours of Halloween in the Grand Boulevard neighborhood has died. Joseph Jackson, 19, and a 15-year-old boy were in the 500 block of East 50th Place around 12:25 a.m. when they were both shot, Chicago polic e said. Wentworth District police officers responded to a person shot and found Jackson in the driver's seat of a black Chevrolet sedan with its driver's side windows shattered, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the head, according to a police report. A short time later the teen was found shot in an apartment the 5000 block of South Washington Park Court.
