BLUFFTON, Ind. (WOWO) – Six weeks after floodwaters damaged homes and roads, the Small Business Administration has opened a Disaster Loan Outreach Center inside the Wells County Government Annex in Bluffton. The disaster declaration covers seven counties, including Adams, Allen and Wells. Speciali sts will be available through November 12. The deadline to apply for physical property damage assistance is December 28th. Residents can also apply online at SBA.gov/disaster.
