RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- Police say more than 300 images and videos of child sexual abuse were found on a Richmond man's flash drive. On Thursday, Oct. 29, the Franklin City Police Department announced the arrest of 48-year-old Donald Lee of Richmond, saying he's facing nine counts of distribution o f child sexual abuse material (CSAM). According to police, an undercover officer received CSAM from a suspect -- later identified as Lee -- over a peer-to-peer file-sharing network between September 2025 and July of this year. On Friday, Oct. 16, both Franklin and Richmond officers, as well as agents with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), executed a search warrant in the 2000 block of Fairmount Avenue in Richmond. IN HOPEWELL: Two Central Virginia men hit with combined 120 child sexual abuse charges They seized multiple computers and external storage devices, including a flash drive that contained more than 300 images and videos of child sexual abuse. Lee was later arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 28. He is currently being held at the Richmond City Justice Center without bond. This is a developing story.
