HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Henrico County's tiniest patients are ready for Halloween! Henrico Doctors' Hospital babies attended a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) trick-or-treat event on Friday, Oct. 23, dressed up in the spookiest and cutest costumes. From bright yellow bees to a sleepy cat erpillar, NICU visitors, families and caregivers came together for some much-needed joy this spooky season. Organizers said the event gave families a chance to enjoy some Halloween fun during what can be a challenging hospital stay. See photos of the cutest, tiniest patients below.
