This pushes the minimum cost for a configuration with 512GB of RAM to an eye-watering $22,299. With both 512GB of RAM and 16TB of storage, the price rises to $29,799. Apple promised that a 512GB RAM option for the Mac Studio would be coming in late October, and it is now available right on schedule.
