HAMMOND mdash; A Hammond man was jailed Tuesday morning on 39 counts of child pornography involving children under the age of 13, the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office announced.Deputies with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force traced the online activity back to 52-year-old Charles Ste wart II, TPSO said, and arrested him Tuesday morning. They also seized several electronic devices to be analyzed for potential additional evidence.Authorities said the investigation originated in Livingston Parish, but was turned over to TPSO when deputies discovered the child pornography was being uploaded in Tangipahoa Parish.Permalink| Comments ...read more read less
