Question: Auwe! I was unable to renew my driver’s license, despite having made an appointment months ago, because the DMV’s new computer system couldn’t call up my REAL ID information. I have had the starred license for years and renewed it once before with no trouble and I wasn’t trying to change anything — same name and address. People need to know about this.
