Your next best friend could have four paws, a wagging tail and a price tag you get to choose. Brandywine Valley SPCA and PetSmart Charities are celebrating National Adoption Week with a “pick your price” adoption special, giving animal lovers across Pennsylvania and Delaware the chance to wel come home a furry companion without paying a set adoption fee. From Oct. 20 through Oct. 25, participating PetSmart stores will host adoption events featuring dogs and cats looking for their forever families. The special applies to pets ages 6 months and older.
