INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Colts won their second game of the season on Sunday, taking down the Washington Commanders in London. Colts cornerback Sauce Gardner struggled though, allowing four catches for 117 yards and a touchdown in the game. It is the most yards he has allowed in a game in his career. He said on Wednesday that he was specifically frustrated with his effort on a couple of big plays. “That’s not me,” Gardner said. “It’s not something that I can really – I don’t have an answer for it. I just know that’ll never happen again. But I just – it was definitely an embarrassing watch. To just look back at that tape, it was like my effort when the ball is on the other side, it was like an embarrassing watch, an embarrassing feeling.” Gardner will have the chance to bounce back as the Colts play the Steelers on the road on Sunday. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET. ...read more read less
