Bill passed on September 27, 2026 at his home in Heber, Utah surrounded by his family and loved ones at the age of 86. Bill married the love of his life, Patsy Siddoway, on December 20, 1958 and sealed the marriage in the Salt Lake City Temple on June 6, 1977. Bill was a life long active outd oor enthusiast starting as an Eagle Scout and continuing with his passions of hunting, fishing, golfing, photography, boating, river rafting, riding motorcycles, and camping. Growing up in Park City, Bill was an avid skier and a ski instructor. Bill joined the Air Force in June 1958. Later, he graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering which led to a lengthy, successful career in construction, as a general contractor, and as a Master Electrician.  He was also an instructor at Salt Lake Community College. Bill is survived by his wife of 68 years, Patsy; his daughter Laurie (Rick); sons Bill (Valory) and Greg; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and one sister.  He was preceded in death by his father, mother, two brothers and one son. Bill’s greatest joy was being with his family.  His calming personality, patience, love of life, and knowing he was always there to lend a helping hand will be deeply missed.
