These Democratic candidates will appear at campaign events in Summit County throughout October

In October, a series of meet and greet events are scheduled in the Park City area to introduce Democratic candidates running for county, state and federal office in the upcoming midterm elections.
The first scheduled event is from 8:30-10:30 a.m. on Thursday at 1205 Iron Horse Drive in Park
City and will feature casual coffee and conversation with former Midway Mayor Celeste Johnson, who is running for Utah House District 59. No RSVP is required.
At 3 p.m. on Saturday at 3429 Saddleback Road, there will be casual conversation and an opportunity to hear from incumbent Summit County Clerk Malena Stevens and Zane Woolstenhulme, a candidate for House District 4. No RSVP is required.
From 5:30-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 5:30-7 p.m., Kent Stewart Udell, a candidate for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives for District 3, will hold a virtual town hall. The meeting link is meet.google.com/kye-iijy-.
From 6-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 20, Zane Woolstenhulme, a candidate for Utah House District 4, will appear in Park City for a campaign event. RSVP to [email protected] for the address of the meeting.
From 5:30-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 21, Woolstenhulme will be in Oakley for another campaign appearance. RSVP to [email protected] for the address.
From 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 22, a fireside chat in Park Meadows will feature incumbent Summit County Clerk Malena Stevens, who will talk about her work and goals, and former Midway Mayor Johnson, who is running for the state legislative office. RSVP to [email protected] for the address. (Note: There is an underscore in Alisha Gorder’s email address, not a space.)
Mail in ballots will be mailed Oct. 13. Election day is Nov. 3.
A Park City fundraiser in support of the Utah Democratic Party will take place from 6-7:30 p.m. on Oct. 14 at the home of John and Olivia Ziegler. The event will be hosted by the Zieglers, Barry and Allison Hanover, Sylvia Dambrosio, Joanna Charnes and Katie Wright.
“Hear from Utah’s Democratic leaders about their roadmap to breaking the supermajority in Utah and in making ‘BLUTAH’ a reality,” according to organizers of the fundraiser.
