At least one person was killed following a three-car collision and hit-and-run along Brooklyn’s Ocean Parkway, police confirmed early Monday. The chain-reaction crash occurred just after midnight, between Avenue R and Avenue S in Gravesend. Both directions of the busy roadway were closed all mo rning. Investigators said the driver of an Audi sedan heading southbound swerved and hit the back of a Toyota Camry. The impact sent the Camry spinning until it slammed into a Toyota RAV4. Both the Camry and RAV4 were TLC cars. Police said the 62-year-old driver of the Camry died at the hospital. A 39-year-old woman riding in the back of the car was hospitalized for injuries to her back and neck. The RAV4 driver was treated at the scene. Law enforcement sources said the driver of the Audi removed the license plates on the car before driving off from the scene.
