HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A 24-year-old Wisconsin man has been arrested after nearly $50,000 was stolen from a Hanover resident through computer fraud. According to the Hanover County Sheriff's Office, the victim reported to officials on March 13 that he received a pop-up alert on his computer presenting as Microsoft, which told him to contact Lumen Technologies.
