A Philadelphia man is being held in a Bucks County prison after pointing a gun at his coworkers and then attacking police officers while they tried to arrest him, according to the Bensalem Police Department. Officers were called to an office building on the 1100 block of Northbrook Drive in Bens alem on Sept. 28 for reports of a person with a gun, police said. When the officers got to the scene, they said they learned Wilson Roberts, 49, had entered the office and displayed a gun toward his coworkers. Officials found Roberts sitting inside a car in the office parking lot when he got out of the vehicle and tried to run away, police reported. Eventually officers got Roberts to the ground but he resisted and is accused of assaulting them, the police department said. Police discovered that Roberts had a fully loaded .38 caliber revolver on him. Roberts was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, resisting arrest and other related offenses. He was arraigned by a judge who denied bail and is being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility. ...read more read less
