A 38-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, was arrested in Reading for arranging to meet up with a 15-year-old girl for the purpose of sexual contact, city officials said. According to release by the City of Reading, Luis Rivera, 38, arrived at Pandora Park at around 8:05 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 28, believing that he was going to meet the teen. However, had been communicating with an undercover cop the entire time and had unknowingly arranged the meet up through the law enforcement officer, officials said. Members of the Reading Police Department took Rivera into custody and he remains in custody on Monday night, officials said. Rivera faces unlawful contact of a minor and related offenses, and is being held on $200,00 bail, according to court records.
