Beyond the Rainbow Bridge, Inc. and Rev. Dr. Paula Neuman will host a St. Francis Feast Day Animal Blessing Ceremony on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 4 to 5 p.m. at Humane Fort Wayne, 901 St. Francis Avenue. The free event will take place at the Love Lives On Pet Memorial Sculpture, located a t the rear of the property along the public shelter trail. All well-behaved, vaccinated pets are welcome with their human companions. Animals of all species may participate, and each pet will receive a special blessing. The ceremony recognizes the Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi, who is widely associated with compassion for animals and care for creation.
