Police said they are searching for the suspect they believe shot a male in Upper Darby on Monday afternoon. According to Upper Darby Police, officers responded to a report of a shooting at the 400 block of Woodcliffe Road. There, they found a man shot. The man was taken to the hospital and is exp ected to survive, police said. Investigators have identified Ronald Robbins, of the 400 block of Woodcliff Road, as the suspected shooter, police said.
