Hey, this looks like a really cool mom and pop coffee shop and we'll stop there and maybe we'll buy more than just coffee," Putnam said.There is coffee, history, and home cooking at Margaret's Munchies, where Highways 24 and 67 merge in Teller County. This time of year, you will also find specialty cookies with a nod to Colorado's famous leaves."I did them also in an aspen leaf, and that is a kind of like a sugar cookie with raspberry jam in the middle," said owner Margaret Burrous.At this business, the aspen change is much like the holiday season is to retailers in cities."Yep, three weeks. Where this last weekend was our 2nd weekend.
