BATON ROUGE mdash; A stretch of South Flannery Road will be closed starting on Tuesday for a bridge replacement project.The closure will run from Old Hammond Highway to Goodwood Boulevard, according to city-parish officials.The road is expected to remain closed for the rest of the year.The bridge r eplacement is part of the first phase of the Old Hammond Highway Project.
