(KRON) -- All Elite Wrestling has announced the passing of Benjamin Satterley, better known as "Pac." He was 40 years old. Known for his high-flying style, Satterley performed for many different professional wrestling promotions in the United States, Europe and Japan. Satterley began training as a wrestler in his native England in 2004. Satterley, as Pac, was AEW's inaugural All-Atlantic champion, later renamed the AEW International Championship. Satterley worked for WWE from 2012 to 2017. Levesque said that Satterley, known in WWE as Neville the "King of the Cruiserweights," was an important part of the launch of the WWE brand NXT. Levesque went on to call Satterley an extraordinary talent. Satterley was a former NXT champion, NXT tag team champion and WWE Cruiserweight champion.
