What to KnowA FIRST ALERT remains in effect for the Jersey Shore until Sunday as a nor’easter moves through the Philadelphia region.The storm led to widespread flooding across the shore Friday night, and the coastal flooding continued on Saturday. Numerous weekend events were canceled as a result. The coast will take the brunt of the impacts from this nor’easter with continued minor to moderate coastal flooding, beach erosion, the strongest wind gusts and the highest rainfall totals.There will be a bit of a lull in rainfall Saturday evening before more persistent rain arrives Sunday morning.
