A 36-year-old man was charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of two people he knew in the Austin neighborhood, Chicago police said.Wendy Baptisme was arrested Thursday at 10:48 p.m. in the 800 block of North Parkside Avenue after he was identified as the person who shot a 47-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man inside a home on the same block, police said.Officers said two guns were found at the scene.
