(KRON) -- The Fremont Police Department said officers responded Sept. 17 to a disturbance on San Pedro Drive that led to an alleged pepper spray attack. FPD said the suspect and victims were initially involved in a road rage dispute on Decoto Road. "The subject followed the victims to their apartm ent, and the victims approached the subject’s vehicle," police said in a log of the incident.
