The New York City Police Dept. Friday released body-worn camera video showing the moments before officers shot and killed a woman armed with knives in Times Square, moments aftey they believe she killed another woman and wounded a man. Police said the woman, identified as Pamela Cisneros, 49, adv anced toward officers with two large knives near West 42 St. and Seventh Ave. back on Aug. 31. “I don’t want to hurt you,” an officer can be heard pleading with Cisneros, who responded, “Come on! Come and get me!” The officer insisted to Cisneros, “I don’t want to do that.” The confrontation happened after 911 calls reporting a disorderly person in the area. Officers spoke to her for four minutes, telling her to drop the knives, but she refused, police said. The responding officers fired stun guns at her, which did not appear to be effective, police said. Cisneros then advanced toward officers, two of whom opened fire at her. She was taken to the hospital, where she died. A 32-year-old mother and banking executive, Erin Piacenti, of New Jersey, and a 68-year-old man were stabbed by Cisneros. Police said Piacenti did not survive and the man was hospitalized.
