Shooting on North 55th Street Around 12:21 a.m., officers responded to a report of a person with a gun and a man shot inside a home in the 1600 block of North 55th Street. When officers arrived, they found a 31-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his left arm, officials said. Officers took the victim in a police vehicle to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition, according to police. No arrests have been made. Police described the suspect as a man in his 30s with a dark complexion and a heavy build. He was wearing black clothing and a blue jacket. Man, vehicles struck by gunfire At approximately 12:30 a.m., officers responded to the 2400 block of North Cleveland Street after receiving a report of a person with a gun and juveniles involved in a large fight on the highway, with a possible shooting. When officers arrived, they found two parked vehicles that had been struck by gunfire, police said. A short time later, a 48-year-old man arrived at Temple University Hospital in a private vehicle with a single gunshot wound to his right leg, police said. He was listed in stable condition.
