The cause of a fire at an Englewood home that left a 55-year-old man dead and two women, 81 and 19, injured Friday morning is under investigation. Police and firefighters were called to the 500 block of West 66th Street about 7:30 a.m. and began to help rescue people and battle the fire. Three occup ants of the home included a 55-year-old man who was taken to St.Bernard Hospital where he was pronounced dead and two woman, 81 and 19, who were listed in fair condition at Holy Cross Hospital, police said.
