An 18-year-old man is accused of fatally stabbing an 18-year-old woman early Tuesday in Englewood.Alfredo Tzoy, 18, was charged with murder and was scheduled to appear for a detention hearing Thursday.Tzoy, of the Englewood neighborhood, was arrested shortly after the attack, which left the still-un identified woman dead, police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.She was found on the ground in the 7300 block of South Emerald Avenue, with a stab wound to the neck.
