Travelers can expect delays at San Diego International Airport early Tuesday because of a technical issue affecting the ticketing systems, a spokesperson told NBC 7. The airport remains open, but the ticketing issue forced airlines to manually check in passengers at both terminals, said Nicole H all, a media spokesperson for the airport. “This line right here has moved about two feet in the last 30 minutes,” said James Rudicil, who is visiting from Michigan. “I think I’ve missed my flight at this point. It keeps being delayed by 15-minute increments, but I can’t really tell when we’re supposed to take off,” passenger Kathy Morrison told NBC 7. Morrison got in line around 6 a.m., and three hours later she still had a long wait ahead.
