An investigation is underway, officials said, after a man was found after he was shot to death inside a home in West Philly early Tuesday. According to police, officers discovered a 21-year-old man who had been killed after responding to a report of a shooting along the 6000 block of Vine Street in West Philadelphia at about 2:14 a.m. First responders found the man on the second floor of the home after he had been shot and, police said, he was pronounced at the scene at about 2:33 a.m. No arrests have been made and no weapon was recovered, police said early Tuesday.
