Six people were injured following a multi-vehicle crash in San Francisco Saturday, the fire department said. The fire department said the crash occurred in the area of Park Presidio and California streets just before 7 p.m. At the scene, firefighters declared a “yellow alert multi-casualty inci dent,” which authorities said brings more ambulances and secures adequate emergency room occupancy for trauma patients. The fire department said all six victims were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries; three of them have moderate injuries, while three have minor injuries.
