A man died after crashing into a building in Fremont on Saturday, according to the police department. Police said officers responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash at around 12:12 p.m. in the area of Niles Boulevard and Cinematic Common. At the scene, authorities said they found the unr esponsive 88-year-old driver and provided life-saving efforts. The driver was taken to a local trauma center, where he later died, officials reported.
