A shooting in Philadelphia’s Oxford Circle is under investigation on Saturday night, police said. The shooting occurred at the 1400 block of Levick Street at around 5:56 p.m., police said. An unidentified man was taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds and is in an unknown condition at t his time, police said.
