The Bernal Scream haunted house returned to San Jose Friday, and it’s bigger than ever. The homegrown haunt has nearly doubled its footprint this year to nearly 10,000 square feet. For the first time, it includes two main attractions: The Last Confession and Anxiety. The Last Confession take s visitors on a harrowing journey through their darkest sins. Anxiety is a psychological gauntlet designed to trigger primal phobias. The event also includes bouncy houses for younger children and glow-in-the-dark paintball.
